No big process deck. We talk, write down scope, build in small chunks, and you see something working every couple of weeks.

    We break the work into clear deliverables.

  3. 2-week sprints

    Each sprint I ship something you can try and comment on.

  4. Final delivery

    A basic project is usually ready in 3–5 weeks. Larger ones are split into phases.

Each chunk is something you can click through and react to. We adjust and keep going — no disappearing for a month.
